eCommerce Operations Executive (Female)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate fluently in Telugu, English, and Hindi, and will be responsible for monitoring daily eCommerce orders and resolving customer order issues. Languages Required: Telugu, English, Hindi

Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor eCommerce orders on a daily basis to ensure timely processing.

Resolve any customer order-related issues or problems promptly.

Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delays, or issues.

Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth order processing.

Address customer inquiries related to order status, returns, or refunds.

Ensure all orders are processed according to company policies and guidelines.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Female candidate with proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience in eCommerce order management or customer service is preferred.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month

• Morning shift
