Job Description
- Drive the business operations across Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Purplle etc) to deliver short- and long-term objectives, business metrics and overall performance
- Build, manage and develop long-term Strategic E-Commerce partnerships
- Formulate a comprehensive account wise strategy for leading platforms
- Lead the closure of TOTs & JBPs with leading accounts externally and Business planning/other Strategic business tasks internally
- Setup processes to review Daily pin code TAT tracker & take corrective action wherever required
- Deliver month on month Revenue targets within allocated channel budgets & ROAS targets
- Work closely with brand marketing team to strengthen brand communication on marketplaces and boost Organic traffic to maximize unit and revenue growth
- Ensure execution of all aligned brand campaigns as per the agreed schedule
- Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
- Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner's sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities both tactical and strategic decisions.
- Develop & improve reporting formats to give a clear picture of business and business hygiene
Requirements
- Prior experience of listing and managing listing on marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart is preferred.
- Existing relationships with account managers at marketplaces and knowledge of advertising on such platforms is preferred.
- Experience in Beauty and Wellness category would be a huge plus.
- Keen analytical mind, strong on planning, detail, and accuracy, and a demonstrably creative thinker.
