We are looking for a skilled eCommerce executive/ Manager to oversee our online sales strategy and operations across various platforms including Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify, and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online traffic, increasing sales revenue, and enhancing customer experience on these platforms.
Designation - E-commerce manager/Executive
Salary - 25000-45000 (negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the eCommerce strategy for Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify, and other e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns on each platform.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and online retailing.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and platform providers.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and policies that may affect eCommerce operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager or similar role with a track record of success in managing multiple eCommerce platforms.
- Experience with Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify, platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce technology, including content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
