Candidates with 5-8 years experience with at least 3-5 years of experience in Nutraceuticals / Wellness / Pharma (OTC) / FMCG - especially Health Foods shall be preffered.

Job Description:

Pure Nutrition, a leading brand in vitamins, minerals, health supplements, and health foods, is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for scaling up our brand presence and sales across various online platforms, with a primary focus on direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels, Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in scaling up nutrition & wellness/FMCG brands through e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute E-commerce Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Drive initiatives to increase online sales and brand visibility.

Manage Online Marketplaces: Oversee the presence and performance of Pure Nutrition products on key online marketplaces such as D2C platforms, Amazon, Flipkart, and others. Monitor sales metrics, optimize product listings, and ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Drive Sales Growth: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to drive sales growth across e-commerce channels. Identify opportunities for product expansion and promotion to maximize revenue.

Optimize User Experience: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance the online shopping experience for customers. Continuously optimize website functionality, product pages, and checkout process to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics such as sales trends, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior. Generate regular reports and actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the nutrition & wellness/FMCG industry. Identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to stay ahead of competitors.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the nutrition & wellness/FMCG sector.

Strong understanding of D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.

Demonstrated track record of successfully scaling up brands and driving sales growth through e-commerce channels.

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
