Job Summary:
The Marketplace Manager will oversee daily operations on international marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Noon. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, optimizing product listings, and maximizing revenue. Key responsibilities include ensuring listings meet marketplace guidelines, collaborating with internal teams to ensure product availability and competitive pricing, and managing customer feedback to maintain a strong brand presence. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience with multiple marketplaces, strong analytical skills, expertise in marketplace algorithms, and proficiency in tools like Seller Central. Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management: Manage the day-to-day operations on Amazon, Walmart, Noon, and other relevant international marketplaces. - Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase sales, expand product listings, and maximize revenue and profitability across all platforms. - Product Listing Optimization: Ensure all product listings are fully optimized for search, conversion, and compliance with marketplace guidelines, including A+ content, keywords, and accurate product descriptions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure product availability, pricing competitiveness, and alignment with overall company goals. - Customer Feedback & Support: Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and queries on marketplaces to maintain a positive brand presence and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications: - Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience managing and scaling international marketplace accounts (Amazon, Walmart, Noon, etc.). Experience with multiple marketplaces is essential. - Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate them into actionable strategies. - Marketplace Expertise: Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, ranking factors, and promotional tools on Amazon, Walmart, Noon, etc. - Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketplace management tools (Seller Central, advertising platforms, inventory management systems) is mandatory. - Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage external vendor/partner relationships
