Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key e-commerce accounts.
Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with overall company objectives.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand product offerings and revenue streams within key accounts.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyse sales and performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing key account performance.
Prepare regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of key account initiatives.
Communicate effectively across departments to address any issues and drive collaborative solutions.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Negotiate terms and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability and ensure mutual success.
Manage contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring terms are favourable for both parties.
