We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee the operations of our website. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in website management, cataloging, content creation, and analytics. You will be responsible for optimizing the website's performance, managing product catalogs, analyzing sales data, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Website Management:

  • Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website, ensuring functionality, user experience, and responsiveness
  • Oversee updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting of the website.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Cataloging and Content Creation:

  • Create and update product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
  • Monitor account health, resolve issues, and ensure consistent product availability
  • Develop engaging and informative content to showcase products and attract customers.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, monitor key metrics, and identify areas for improvement
  • Generate regular reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and website traffic.
  • Use data insights to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts.

Product Management:

  • Analyze sales data to identify best-selling and slow-selling products.
  • Develop strategies to promote and upsell high-margin products, and clear slow-moving inventory.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Should have Minimum 3 years of Proven working experience in website Management.
  • Should have at least 2 years of Experience on Shopify.
  • Experience working in anE-commerceenvironment/Fashion Industry.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for website design and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Shopify themes, apps, and integrations to enhance website functionality.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary - 4,80,000 - 7,20,000 CTC
