General Purpose & Objectives:The Manager/Assistant Manager Online sales channel will be responsible for managing and growing sales of the company's products through third-party eCommerce platforms. This role includes managing relationships with platform buyers, negotiating contracts, optimizing product listings, and ensuring that sales goals are met.
Major Tasks & Activities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and buyers and category managers at major eCommerce platforms.
- Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts for placing products under the platform's private labels.
- Drive sales through strategic placement of products, ensuring alignment with platform marketing strategies and promotions.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to create products tailored to the platform's private label requirements and for new customers
- Work with eCommerce partners to determine product specifications, packaging, and labeling that align with the platform's brand standards and customer requirements.
- Ensure product compliance with platform-specific requirements such as quality, certifications, and performance standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all interactions with eCommerce platform teams.
- Attend meetings and presentations with platform representatives to review sales performance, resolve issues, and present new product opportunities and for new customers.
- Navigate new customer commercialization through OSI Vista internal to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Build long-term partnerships that foster mutual growth and support the expansion of the company's product portfolio on the platform and for new customer.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:Analyze sales data and marketplace trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies that maximize sales potential.
- Manage and track contracts with eCommerce platforms, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and platform-specific standards for private label products, including intellectual property, trademark use, and quality control.

Technical Skill Areas:
- Computer skills use of such programs as Microsoft Word and Outlook is important for customer relationship managers, as they often correspond with clients and customers via email or written documentation
- Product/service knowledge from common issues to upgrades, a customer relationship manager must consistently keep up with changes and other details about the products and services offered by their company
- Time management responding to customers in a timely manner and resolving issues quickly goes a long way toward building lasting relationships, so it's imperative that customer relationship managers have strong time management skills
- Presentation skills the ability to discuss and describe products and services clearly and concisely is beneficial in this position
- Negotiation skills customer relationship managers often employ this skill to explain the benefits of their products and services and, if necessary, make concessions to retain clients

- Communication skills perhaps the most crucial skills for customer relationship managers are speaking, writing, and listening so they can hear customers suggestions and complaints and respond accordingly

Education& Working Experience:B.Tech. (food), B/Com, Masters in Business Administration with Sales experience of 7 or more years and 3 to 5 years experience on handling private label with E Commerce channels.
