The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of Aero Armours online sales platforms. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and customer service. You will drive the growth of online sales, manage product listings, and ensure a smooth, user-friendly shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Platform Management:
- Manage the companys e-commerce website and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, updated, and optimized for search visibility and conversions.
- Work closely with IT and web developers to maintain website functionality and troubleshoot issues.
Sales Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and increase conversion rates.
- Analyze data and sales trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize product pricing, promotions, and advertising efforts across all digital platforms.
Digital Marketing & SEO:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing).
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance website traffic and online visibility.
- Manage paid advertising and measure ROI on campaigns.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination:
- Work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure the timely restocking of inventory for online sales.
- Manage order fulfillment and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Service & Experience:
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews across all e-commerce platforms.
- Resolve customer issues and improve the overall user experience.
- Implement improvements to website design and usability.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive business decisions.
- Create detailed sales reports and present findings to the management team.
