Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team and analyzing online performance, and helping to enhance the customer shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about eCommerce and looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and optimizing product listings on various eCommerce platforms.
- Support the team in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Help coordinate and execute online marketing efforts, including email campaigns and social media promotions. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on eCommerce platforms.
- Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Strong interest in eCommerce and digital sales with a desire to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Flipkart, Amazon) and online marketing tools is a plus.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data.
