Job Title: Ecommerce Growth Manager-Retail Industry-Mumbai
We are looking for an ambitious Ecommerce Growth Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive online sales growth and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, digital marketing, and analytics, with a proven track record of driving revenue and customer acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Salary offered:10-20 lacs per annum.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce growth strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEM, and display advertising, to drive traffic and acquire new customers.
Optimize website content and product listings to enhance SEO performance and increase organic traffic.
Utilize data analytics and KPIs to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, merchandising, and IT, to ensure alignment and execution of ecommerce initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing.
