Ecommerce Executive

Manage inventory on online marketplaces

Create and manage product listings for all major marketplaces

Coordinate marketing for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization etc

Establish company as a seller in new online marketplaces

Monitor competitive listings and product pricing on all marketplaces

Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed

Maintain detailed understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes and systems

Makes accurate reports on sales weekly, monthly sales reports

Experience in sales, pricing, returns analysis, market trends, buying plan, catalogue listing, advance excel etc.

Drive strategy and oversight of several marketplace e-commerce channels and responsible for the product/channel mix and optimization between marketplaces on a weekly basis

Report, analysis, negotiates and customer service for various marketplaces and wholesale e-commerce accounts; management of account expectations forecast and individual account growth

Liaise with direct and indirect team and management to ensure proper item-level detail and promotional activity to drive item and category sales

Key Skills Required:

1-5 Years of experience with ecommerce marketplace - USA, Asia, others preferred

Exposure in fashion category footwear, clothing, accessories

Experience in a-z ecommerce tasks, ecommerce marketing

Knowledge of online marketplaces

Must have excellent advance excel skills

Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
