Responsibility -
- Developing and implementing eCommerce strategies: Create and execute plans to drive online sales, improve customer experience, and meet business objectives.
- Managing online platforms: Oversee the company's eCommerce website, online marketplaces, and other digital sales channels. Ensure accurate product listings, compelling content, and a user-friendly interface.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers: Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, negotiate contracts, and manage inventory levels to ensure timely product availability.
- Analyzing performance metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention. Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize eCommerce performance.
