Role Description

The E-commerce Executive will support the day-to-day operations of our online marketplaces. This includes managing product listings, overseeing inventory, and analyzing sales data. The role demands a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to enhance marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Listings: Create, update, and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho).
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure products remain available for sale.
• Order Processing: Assist in processing orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Sales Analysis: Track and evaluate sales data to spot trends and identify areas for growth.
• Promotion and Advertising: Support the execution of promotional campaigns and advertising strategies to boost traffic and sales.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement process enhancements for more efficient marketplace operations.
• A+ Content Creation: Develop and design high-quality A+ content and graphics for Amazon listings to improve product visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms effectively
• Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus
• 1+ years of industry experience preferred
