The role involves managing accounts on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart. The responsibilities include:
- Account Management: Oversee and manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart.
- Product Listing and Optimization: Manage product listings, optimize listings to improve visibility, and boost sales.
- Keyword Research and Management: Conduct keyword research for SEO and listing optimization.
- Advertising and Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize ads/campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, and listings to stay competitive.
- Pricing and Sales Strategy: Plan pricing, offers, and discounts, and manage festival and seasonal sales.
- MIS and Analytics: Track and analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Inventory and Operations Management: Plan and manage inventory levels, and handle backend operations, including claims, returns, and damage management.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Excel and e-commerce account management fundamentals for Amazon and Flipkart.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for growth and learning.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
