Order management for marketplaces and tracking performance of their respective marketing campaigns.
Analysis of campaign data along with providing feedback for various campaigns.
Preparing reports and data files of the campaign performance and the product details.
Coordination with the dispatch executives.
Adhere to strict timelines and carry out tasks from reporting managers.
Coordinate customer feedback and requirements to the team for efficient workflows.
Should have a thorough understanding of the products and help the team with uploading listings, their creation and raising a case with the amazon team if necessary.
Qualifications And Skills
Should have knowledge or experience in e-commerce and premium customer service segments.
Proficient working knowledge of backend solutions for various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, and Home Website).
Must also have a sales mindset and should be quick to flag order conversions, debunk larger data and come up with actionable Eplans.
A self-driven candidate with a go getter attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS-office, google sheets and digital marketing processes.
