Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Coordinator at Janasya in Surat. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing and optimizing the brand's website.
This includes
- Overseeing customer service, sales, and communication with a focus on providing a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the D2C channel.
- Implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships, to drive traffic and conversion on the D2C platform.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Develop and execute A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in D2C or eCommerce management roles, with a focus on driving direct-to-consumer sales and brand growth.
- Strong understanding of D2C business models, online retail platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, digital advertising, and customer acquisition strategies in the D2C space.
- Knowledge of fashion industry and trends is a must.
