- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, TikTok and Shopee, chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Working closely with the customer service team to provide the customer with relevant information, advice and conversion opportunity.
- Assist in products uploading on marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok).
- To perform packing & other relevant production activities in Packing Section.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
- Retrieve and prepare products based on online orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure that packaging meets company and shipping carrier standards.
- Print and affix shipping labels and packing slips to packages. Ensure that labels are correct and legible.
- Inspect products and packaging materials for quality and accuracy before sealing packages. Report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
- Handle any packaging-related customer inquiries or issues, such as missing or damaged items, and collaborate with the customer service team to resolve these issues.
- Ensure the safety and smoothness of daily operation in terms of sales, stock handling, customer handling, attending to customers complaints and requests, etc.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product range, including gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry designs, in order to effectively showcase the features and benefits to customers.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, establishing trust and rapport to enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Perform daily opening and closing for the stock and cash checks until completion.
Requirement:
- A diploma or degree in marketing or media social or any related.
