Ecommerce Analyst

Sorich Organics Private Limited is a nutrition-led food company located in Ghaziabad. We offer a range of superfoods and healthy snack options, including Bars, Flavored Mixes, Peanut Butters, and other all-natural and preservative-free products. Our focus is on providing nutritious options for everyday needs.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Analyst at Sorich Organics Private Limited in Ghaziabad. The Ecommerce Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analyzing and optimizing our e-commerce platform. This includes monitoring sales performance, customer service management, and implementing strategies to improve online sales.

• Analytical Skills, E-Commerce, and Sales experience
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Relevant degree or certification in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the food industry or nutrition field is a plus
