As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels. This includes overseeing the performance of our ecommerce platforms, optimizing product listings, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our ecommerce accounts, including platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive online sales
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of ecommerce initiatives
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce
- Identify and recommend new opportunities for business growth
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on ecommerce platforms
- Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Address customer complaints and inquiries
- Oversee both inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders
- Manage inventory effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a required skill
