- In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with Clients, and other Functional experts to configure, develop, and implement solutions tailored to meet our clients specific needs.
Whats expected of you:
- Work closely with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements related to EBS - HCM.
- Configure Oracle EBS - HCM modules to meet client-specific needs and ensure successful implementation.
- Design complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of Opkey products.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of robust experience as a Functional EBS HCM Consultant.
- Proven track record with at least three implementation projects in R12.
- Must have Experience in Oracle HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), Oracle Learning Management (OLM), Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), and others. .
- Worked on customizations, integrations, or enhancements
- Willingness to continuously expand your skill set by learning new technologies and modules.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure work environments.
