Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Childhood Educator at Oasis Art + Play Studio in Delhi, India. The Educator will be responsible for facilitating a diverse set of play classes in language and literacy development, life skills development, social and emotional development, and more, designing engaging activities, fostering creativity, and supporting the development of young children on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, Organization Skills, and Working With Children skills
• Experience in Early Childhood Development
• Creativity Skills and a passion for play-based learning
• Patience, empathy, and understanding of child development
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with parents and colleagues
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Early Childhood Education degree or certification - such as NTT, B.ED, Montessori certificate course, etc.
• WOMEN ONLY.
• Very strong communication skills in English.
