Job Description

Urgent Hiring for //EA TO MD// profile in Ludhiana Location
  • JOB DESCRIPTION:-
  • Reporting to-Managing Director
  • Qualification-Graduation in any stream.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and google sheets.
  • Experience-Should have 3-5 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company.
  • CTC- As per industry norms.
Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements for the executive. This includes organizing itineraries, booking flights, arranging accommodations.
Communication and Correspondence: Drafting and editing emails, memos, reports, and other documents on behalf of the executive. Screening and prioritizing incoming calls, messages, and inquiries, and relaying information to appropriate parties.Information Management: Maintaining confidential and sensitive information, files, and records. Organizing and updating documents, databases, and contact lists.

Conducting research, gathering data, and preparing presentations or reports as requested.
  • Relationship Building: Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees. Acting as a liaison between the executive and other team members or departments.
Meeting Coordination: Arranging and preparing for meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Time and Priority Management: Helping the executive manage their time effectively by identifying priorities, organizing tasks, and proactively addressing issues that may arise.Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information, such as executive decisions,

financial data, and personnel matters.
  • Miscellaneous Support: Assisting with miscellaneous tasks, such as coordinating office supplies, managing office equipment, processing invoices or expenses, and performing other administrative duties as required.
* Excellent knowlege of Fms and delegation
  • Taking care of delegation and FMS part which is not just about assigning tasks but also about empowering your team members to take ownership and develop their skills.

Pay: 25,
  • 00 - 35,000.00 per month
