The EA to IBDP Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Coordinator by providing administrative, organizational, and communication assistance
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the IBDP and supporting students, teachers, and parents throughout the programme
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for the IBDP Coordinator
Organize and maintain IBDP records, documents, and communications
Assist in scheduling and coordinating IBDP meetings, events, and activities
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers regarding IBDP matters
Support IBDP students with administrative processes, such as registration and exam scheduling
Manage IBDP resources, including textbooks, materials, and equipment
Assist in the preparation and distribution of IBDP-related materials and information
Coordinate with external organizations for IBDP-related activities and events
Provide administrative support for IBDP assessments and examinations
Assist in the development and maintenance of IBDP curriculum and resources
Collaborate with the schools administrative staff to ensure smooth IBDP operations
Handle IBDP-related inquiries and provide information to stakeholders
Support the IBDP Coordinator in special projects and initiatives
Ensure compliance with IBDP policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Education, Administration, or related field
Experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of IBDP principles and procedures is an advantage
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
