Roles and Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize necessary materials for meetings, ensuring the CEO is fully briefed on all agenda items.
Communication Management
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain effective communication between the CEO and various departments.
Project Coordination
Assist in implementing and tracking ongoing projects and initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations for various stakeholders as requested by the CEO.
Meeting Coordination
Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up.
Document meeting minutes and ensure action items are followed up on.
Office Management
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-maintained working environment.
Coordinate with IT and administrative teams for seamless operations.
Confidentiality and Discretion
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Uphold the integrity of the CEO's office by maintaining professionalism at all times.
Personal Assistance
Provide personal assistance to the CEO as required, balancing professional and personal priorities.
Research and Analysis
Conduct research as needed to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Compile and present relevant data to aid the CEO in various matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
