Job Description

Skills:
Calender, Appointment Scheduling, Advance Excel, Drafting, Ticket booking, Files,

Primary Responsibilities:-

  • To provide administrative support to MD to manage his appointments, schedules and to keep his calendar up to date
  • To take notes in English and Gujarati, to prepare them and circulate as per his instructions
  • To act as a point of contact and to organize meetings with senior executives, clients and other team members
  • To manage MDs correspondence and respond to invitations, circulars and post
  • To make independent correspondence in English & Gujarati
  • To prepare and edit presentations in Powerpoint and Canva
  • Maintaining files and records
  • Making National and International travel booking and arrangements
