The Senior E3D Administrator is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and supporting the Everything3D (E3D) system for engineering projects, ensuring a stable 3D modeling environment. This client-focused role involves troubleshooting, customization, and optimizing user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage E3D projects, including global workshare and model replication.
- Maintain databases, customize catalogs (piping, instrumentation, steel, etc.), and configure clash management.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and conduct application training.
- Implement automation tools, monitor design quality, and coordinate with other teams.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, engineering codes, and client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent, with 10+ years in E3D/PDMS administration.
- Strong knowledge of 3D plant design, EPC workflows, and piping specifications.
- Experience with PML, .Net, C#, and Visual Basic for customizations.
- Proficiency in Aveva software suite (Diagram, P&ID, Engineering) and integration.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
- Knowledge of ERM-E3D interface, piping standards, and Aveva Engineering.
