About The Role
As an eLearning Developer, you will be crucial in creating learner-centered content for an engaging and effective learning experience.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to design, develop, and maintain interactive eLearning courses.
- Create multimedia content, design assessments, and ensure that the learning materials align with instructional objectives.
- Take the initiative to improve current practices and processes, constantly seeking opportunities to introduce new ideas and methods that enhance the eLearning team's scope of support.
- Learn continuously and acquire new skills to stay updated with evolving technologies and industry trends.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in eLearning development or instructional design.
- Expertise in eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and similar platforms.
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and multimedia editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audacity).
- Keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of eLearning content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet due dates.
