We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Account Manager to oversee our Amazon sales channel. This role involves managing product listings, optimizing product performance, and driving sales through Amazon Marketing Services (AMS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon's platform, including listing creation, keyword optimization, and PPC campaign management.
Account Management:- Manage and maintain our Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
Monitor account health, customer feedback, and performance metrics to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies.- Handle all communications with Amazon support and manage any account-related issues or escalations.
Product Listing Management:- Create, manage, and optimize product listings to ensure they are accurate, appealing, and fully optimized for Amazon's search algorithm (SEO).
Develop and implement strategies for enhancing product visibility and sales rankings.- Regularly update product listings with new images, descriptions, and other content to reflect the latest product information.
Amazon Marketing Services (AMS):- Develop and execute Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad spend.- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
Inventory & Pricing Management:- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
Implement dynamic pricing strategies to stay competitive and maximize sales while maintaining healthy profit margins.- Manage promotions, discounts, and deals to drive sales and improve product rankings.
Data Analysis & Reporting:- Analyze sales data, customer reviews, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular reports on account performance, including sales, advertising spend, and ROI.- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve overall account performance.
Collaboration & Communication:- Work closely with the marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to align Amazon strategies with overall business goals.
