Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Business Head to lead our online business growth for our women's ethnic wear brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, marketing, and fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth.

2. Manage online store operations (website, social media, marketplaces).

3. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior.

4. Optimize product listings, content, and user experience.

5. Lead digital marketing campaigns (paid social, email, influencer).

6. Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams.

7. Ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.

8. Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, fashion retail, or digital marketing.

2. Proven track record of driving online sales growth.

3. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento).

4. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads).

5. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

6. Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
