Roles and Responsibilities:
- The person will be responsible for website site operations merchandising, promotions creation and management, product upload, category mapping, and content management.
- Ensure that daily site maintenance is conducted; correcting product descriptions, placement, new item posting, out-of-stock item removal, content updates, banner changes, and page updates.
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations/hygiene checking the website and ensuring that it is functioning properly.
- The candidate will be working with internal stakeholders to manage and oversee the business.
- Develop reports and reporting formats for business.
- Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations including quality checks like review post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance, and performance.
- Ensure that daily site maintenance is conducted; correcting product descriptions, placement, new item posting, out-of-stock item removal, content updates, banner changes, and page updates.
- Reconciliation of Marketplace listings - Develop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to ensure actions are completed. Work at both the strategic and tactical levels
Primary/ Must have skills:
- 3 - 5+ years of E-commerce experience - Experience in managing operational activities for the Website/marketplace.
- Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, Magento, browsers, analytics, reporting, and content management systems and processes.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated and able to work as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative.
