Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Project Manager to oversee and drive a large-scale optimization project. This individual will be responsible for managing the execution of initiatives such as Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), customer retention strategies, automation workflows, and the seamless integration of key tools (ManyChat, Klaviyo, Postscript, Stay.ai, and more). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce project management, team collaboration, and hands-on experience with marketing, retention, and automation tools.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage the project plan: Create a comprehensive project roadmap outlining
  • deliverables, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations for each stage of the project.
  • Monitor and adjust the project scope as needed to ensure alignment with business goals, resource availability, and deadlines.
  • Lead the CRO process from ideation to execution, focusing on optimizing website performance, user experience, and conversion metrics.
  • Oversee the setup and implementation of automations across all relevant tools and
  • platforms (ManyChat, Zapier, Klaviyo, Stay.ai) to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
  • Ensure that customer retention strategies are prioritized and rolled out, including loyalty programs (Smile.io), subscription optimizations, and tailored marketing campaigns.

Team Management & Collaboration


  • Lead a cross-functional team: Manage collaboration between marketing, development, data analytics, customer support, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HR to hire key roles (Automation Specialist, CRM Specialist, Retention Manager, etc.) in the Philippines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies, vendors, and consultants involved in the project.
  • Create regular progress reports for senior leadership, ensuring transparency on project progress, potential roadblocks, and next steps.
  • Tool Implementation & Optimization
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of ManyChat, Klaviyo, Postscript,
  • Stay.ai, Bold Upsell, and other relevant tools to ensure data flows smoothly into the data warehouse (Dayton) for accurate reporting and optimization.
  • Manage testing and deployment of new tools, features, and workflows, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing business operations.
  • Collaborate with the Data Engineer to ensure that all data syncs properly to the data warehouse for reporting in Tableau.
  • Lead the A/B testing strategy, including identifying key pages and workflows for testing (product pages, checkout, email flows, etc.), tracking performance, and implementing the most effective solutions.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting


  • Develop KPIs and track performance metrics**: Use tools such as Hotjar, Google
  • Analytics, and Tableau to monitor the impact of changes and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Regularly review website performance and identify opportunities for optimization (speed improvements, mobile enhancements, etc.).
  • Analyze and report on CRO performance, customer journey metrics, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain an ongoing feedback loop with the retention, marketing, and data teams to refine and enhance workflows, automations, and customer interactions.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong experience in CRO** and optimizing e-commerce platforms (preferably on Shopify).
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as ManyChat, Klaviyo, Postscript, Stay.ai, and Bold Upsell.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp.
  • Experience working with Zapier or other automation tools to streamline workflows across various platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and executing complex, multi-department projects.
  • Familiarity with customer retention strategies and tools like Smile.io or loyalty programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and progress to C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar,and Tableau.
  • Ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
