E-commerce Process Associate (walk-in)

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Process Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing various operational processes related to our e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. This role involves a combination of data management, order processing, and customer support

Key Responsibilities:

*Monitor and update inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

*Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product information, and returns, providing excellent service and support.

*Accurately enter and maintain data related to orders, products, and customer information in the e-commerce system.

*Generate reports on sales performance, order processing times, and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Date: Every week Monday to Friday (Walk-in)

Time: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM IST

Eligibility:

Experience required- 0.6-4 years

Qualification- Graduate freshers or experienced both can apply.
