E-Commerce Operations Executive (Fitness/ Electronics Global Delivery)

About the Role:

Set up processes for E-commerce operations including Warehousing, Transportation Operations, and Order Fulfilment related aspects.

Ensure supply chain processes run smoothly from first mile to last mile.

Manage service quality, and improve process efficiency for delivery logistics.

Build a strong network of logistics providers for route and cost optimization.

Manage a team across Logistics, Warehouse Management, Post Sales and QC.

Scale the process through tech solutions and automation to ensure price changes, promotional sets, and markdowns are effective.
