ELYTA (earlier known as REWA) - is an upcoming online 925 silver jewellery brand (www.elyta.in). We offer a range of luxury but affordable products such as earrings, necklaces, etc. in the range of INR 1000 to INR 5000.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for E-Commerce - Operations. The person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online store, including cataloging, shipping, customer service, sales, and analytics. They will also be responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful ecommerce operations.

Experience requirement:

• Experience with ecommerce platforms and/or website management
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in relation to ecommerce metrics and data analysis
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to online customers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow ecommerce revenue
