E-commerce Marketplace Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Marketplace Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in the Indian e-commerce market, with a proven track record of managing and growing e-commerce marketplaces. As the E-commerce Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our e-commerce marketplace business, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, and improving customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our e-commerce marketplace business
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience
• Identify and onboard new sellers to the marketplace, and manage relationships with existing sellers
• Monitor marketplace performance and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product to ensure seamless marketplace operations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve the marketplace experience for customers and sellers

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management in India
• Strong understanding of the Indian e-commerce market and consumer behavior
• Proven track record of managing and growing e-commerce marketplaces
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
