Kinexcs is an AI-driven digital health platform and wearables company with a mission to enable and empower people for mobility and a better quality of life. It is focused on reducing the burden of musculoskeletal conditions, which affects about 25% of the world's population. Their 1st product, KIMIA Recover, a continuous monitoring device for the knee joint, has obtained FDA Approval, CE marking and HSA approval, and booked revenues from large implant companies and hospitals. It has recently won the Johnson and Johnson Quickfire Challenge Award, Innomatch grant by the Temasek Foundation (one of the 6 among 256 companies across 32 countries), and is currently deployed in some of the largest public hospitals in Singapore. KIMIA Recover is a comprehensive recovery management solution providing reduction in number of hospital visits and complications. The product was also the National Winner and International Top 20 of the prestigious James Dyson Award 2020, and has gained traction with major public hospitals and orthopedic clinics.Their digital therapy platform comprising of KIMIA Assess and KIMIA PT products, uses artificial intelligence technology for digital MSK assessment and therapy. This platform is capable of providing pre-consultation assessments and real-time exercise guidance and feedback to musculoskeletal patients, and is being adopted by some of the largest private healthcare providers in the region, along with large corporate players.
You will become key personnel that will participate in forging and implementing the company's marketing and communication strategies, driving towards hitting planned milestones. An ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented team player with excellent communication skills, prior experience in marketing, communications, business development, or account management, and a track record of accomplishing business targets for the team or organization.
There are two primary functions for this position:
- Communicating the companys activities and branding through internal communications, formal business communications, online platforms, social media, and preparation of documents.
Planning, developing, and implementing marketing communications to support the business development team.
This position may also be required to handle business inquiries, create media and outreach opportunities, and work with media agencies/vendors to execute communication plans.
Plan and execute an integrated communications plan and activities to promote company's branding, products, and solutions- Support the Business Development team to execute a wide range of communications, with close partnership/collaboration with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors
Develop, manage, and ensure that marketing communication activities are aligned with the overall company's strategies and goals
- Prepare and maintain internal and external marketing materials/communications, such as product collaterals, presentations, newsletters, social media content, documents, and announcements
Plan, develop, and manage the production of marketing collateral to ensure timely and high-quality delivery- Handle and coordinate all communication enquiries in a timely manner
Reach out and follow up with existing stakeholders (including investors, commercial clients, and clinical patients)
- Work with the core team on creating and executing marketing strategy, to achieve marketing objectives
Conduct market research and identify potential clients or business opportunities- Carry out relationship management with external and internal stakeholders
8 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, PR, or any related discipline- Familiarity with B2B and B2C Marketing Communications
Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills
- Ability to present and explain ideas with clarity to a variety of audiences
Ability to take initiative, have an eye for details, and be a team player- Soft skills in managing internal and external contacts
A resilient go-getter, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging work
- Fast learner, with a flexible growth mindset
