Job Description
The eCommerce Specialist is primarily focused on ensuring that customers have a good experience when they buy through our digital channels by specifically supporting web, punchout, automated orders, order confirmations, shipment notifications, and electronic invoices.
Is ultimately responsible for orders getting into the system accurately and invoices getting to the customer fast as possible.
Responsibilities
Running reports several times per day to identify failed, blocked, or rejected transactions. Troubleshooting the reason for failure, resolving the issue, and confirming that the transaction is able to pass effectively
Solving for immediate customer needs where appropriate including requests for help, questions, complaints, issues or task requests
Proactively identifying issues that would otherwise impact the customer and fixes them
Troubleshooting with the customer, e-procurement marketplace technical support, internal IT teams to understand technical issues and address quickly with the customer Generating and providing e-catalogs to customers
Basic Qualifications
4+ years experience using SAP ERP transactions (orders, invoices, order confirmations, shipment notifications)
2+ years experience with B2B ecommerce transactions and processes
Must have experience working as a supplier to integrate customers on Ariba, Jaggaer, and Coupa
Customer facing issue resolution experience
Ecatalog generation and process management
Must have Excel experience using vlookup and macros
Must have good communication skills
Experience Needed: 4 years
Time- Noon shift (1 to 10pm)

Location- Cochin (Job Type- Permanent)
For outside kerala candidates
Location- Remote (Job Type- contract -It will be open contract with no end date, no pf and gratuity deduction but flat 10% TDS monthly will be deducted ,this can be claimed.)
