Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Portal Management:
Oversee the listing and management of products on our e-commerce portal.
Ensure accurate and timely updates of product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
Monitor and optimize the user experience to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
Social Media Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with customers and promote our brand.
Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring analytics.
B2B And B2C Sales Management
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in both B2B and B2C channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Digital Marketing Management
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
