- Develop and implement an effective e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and increase market share for our products.
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality, user experience, and transactional capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive traffic and conversion.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product assortment and pricing optimization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales data, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention, to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize product listings, imagery, and descriptions, ensuring accurate and compelling representation of FMCG products.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies, including cross-selling, upselling, and product bundling, to enhance the average order value and customer lifetime value.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, technology, and digital marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and e-commerce platforms, to ensure the smooth operation of e-commerce initiatives.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing e-commerce platforms for FMCG products.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including website management, product catalog management, order fulfillment, and customer support.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce software and tools, such as Shopify, or similar platforms. 6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
