E Commerce Head

Description

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Head to oversee our online sales and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing e-commerce platforms, a deep understanding of the Indian market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience
• Manage and optimize our online sales channels, including our website, social media platforms, and marketplaces
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to ensure a seamless online customer experience
• Manage the e-commerce budget, track performance metrics, and report on results to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously identify opportunities to improve our e-commerce operations

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in the Indian market
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of e-commerce technologies, including website development, payment gateways, and logistics
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
