We are looking for a product uploader/catalog executive. The work includes backend work related to website management. Candidate should have good typing speed and Excel knowledge. Minimum experience of 2-3 years.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of ecommerce operations, including product listings, site performance, and backend management.
Knowledge of Advance excel is preferrable.(V lookup, H lookup etc.)- Develop and execute strategies to optimize the ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for customers.
Craft persuasive and SEO-friendly product descriptions that enhance product visibility and appeal.
- Manage bulk uploading of product data to the website, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Analyze website metrics, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive growth.- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and design teams to implement promotional campaigns, enhance user experience, and maintain brand consistency.
Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce executives, providing support and guidance to achieve departmental goals.
- Address and resolve any issues related to website functionality promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep The Loom at the cutting edge of ecommerce innovation.- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and partners.
