Job Title: eCommerce Executive- Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Executive with a strong background in managing online sales through platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho. The ideal candidate will drive our eCommerce strategy, optimize product listings, and enhance customer engagement to maximize online revenue.
Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings on Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and other relevant platforms.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and promotions across all channels.
- Monitor platform performance metrics and implement strategies to improve visibility and sales conversion.
Order Fulfillment and Customer Service:
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions tailored to each platform.- Utilize SEO, SEM, and social media marketing techniques to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility on eCommerce platforms.
Analytics and Reporting:- Analyze sales data, traffic patterns, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on eCommerce performance, ROI of marketing campaigns, and sales forecasts.
