  • Roles & Responsibilities

The role involves enhancing sales across various ecommerce platforms through effective catalogue management, ad creation and optimization, paid marketing strategies, new product research, account health management, sales funnel ratio management, and review/feedback management, particularly on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Key Responsibilities


  • Ecommerce Platform Management
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and current.


  • Catalogue Management
Handle product catalogues, including adding new products, updating existing listings, and optimizing information for searchability.
  • Ad Optimization
Execute and optimize ads on various ecommerce platforms to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Analyze ad performance and refine strategies to improve ROI.
  • Product Paid Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement paid marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets and bids for maximum efficiency.
  • New Product Research
Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to guide product development.
  • Account Health Management
Monitor and maintain the health of ecommerce accounts, ensuring compliance with platform policies.
  • Address issues related to account suspension, performance metrics, and policy violations.
  • Sales Funnel Ratio Management
Manage and analyze the sales funnel to identify improvement areas.
  • Implement strategies to enhance conversion rates at each funnel stage.
  • Review/Rating/Feedback Management
Oversee product reviews, ratings, and customer feedback.
  • Respond to customer reviews and feedback to enhance satisfaction and promptly resolve issues.


  • Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, including catalogue management and ad optimization.
  • Experience with paid marketing strategies and campaign management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce tools and software.


  • Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with additional ecommerce platforms beyond Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Pay: 20,
  • 00 - 30,000.00 per month
