- Ecommerce Platform Management
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc
- Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and current.
Handle product catalogues, including adding new products, updating existing listings, and optimizing information for searchability.
Execute and optimize ads on various ecommerce platforms to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Analyze ad performance and refine strategies to improve ROI.
- Product Paid Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement paid marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets and bids for maximum efficiency.
Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to guide product development.
- Account Health Management
Monitor and maintain the health of ecommerce accounts, ensuring compliance with platform policies.
- Address issues related to account suspension, performance metrics, and policy violations.
- Sales Funnel Ratio Management
Manage and analyze the sales funnel to identify improvement areas.
- Implement strategies to enhance conversion rates at each funnel stage.
- Review/Rating/Feedback Management
Oversee product reviews, ratings, and customer feedback.
- Respond to customer reviews and feedback to enhance satisfaction and promptly resolve issues.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, including catalogue management and ad optimization.- Experience with paid marketing strategies and campaign management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Proficiency in using ecommerce tools and software.
