Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, coordinating with the marketing team, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role.
  • Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Proficient in data analysis and utilizing analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for e-commerce and staying updated with the latest industry trends and developments.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the customer experience on our e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth navigation, easy checkout, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to implement innovative strategies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, design, and customer support, to resolve issues and enhance the overall e-commerce experience.
  • Monitor competitor activity and performance, conducting regular market research to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on e-commerce performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
