Role Description
This is a full-time role for an E-commerce Executive at iAir Technologies Private Limited. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing the company's online presence and catalogue on e-commerce platforms. They will need to report to e-commerce head and cordinate with other team, manage customes and inquiries, ensure product listings are optimized w.r.t data provided, and handle customer feedback and reviews. Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, online sales, and data management
- Experience in E-commerce or catalogue and listings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of online marketing and SEO
- Proficiency in MS Office and E-commerce platforms
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in the electronics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
