Job Description

Managing end-to-end Warehouse operations.

Tracking and resolving order backlog across all marketplace platforms.

Handling pickup, returns, and customer query emails.

Initiating SPF claims across all marketplace platforms.

Tracking return closures in Unicommerce.

Providing reports on closing remarks for bad return tickets (Accepted,Pending & Rejected)
