Job Description

Position: Senior Online Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost online sales on platforms like Amazon.com, Etsy.com, and Wal-mart.com.
  • Analyze current sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and manage online marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, and keywords.
  • Monitor and manage inventory to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Utilize data analytics to track sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce best practices and platform-specific guidelines.
  • Foster relationships with key online retail partners to enhance brand presence and sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to online sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in B2C online sales, with a strong emphasis on Amazon.com, Etsy.com, Wal-mart.com, Shopify.com, Wayfair.com and other networks.
  • Proven track record of driving significant sales growth in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, passionate, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the home furnishing industry is a plus.
  • Experience in SEO content writing, which will help optimize our product listings and marketing content for better search engine visibility, driving more organic traffic and sales.
