About Cityvibes: Cityvibes is a leading men's ethnic wear brand. We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels.
Website Management: Update product listings, descriptions, and images on the website.
- Order Processing: Handle order fulfillment, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure timely deliveries.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for restocking.Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.Sales Analytics: Track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
- Promotions: Assist in planning and executing online promotions and discounts.
Experience in e-commerce or online retail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
