- E-commerce Management: Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings, inventory management, and a smooth user experience.
- Handle invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate billing for online orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, payments, and billing issues, providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales and billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Work closely with finance, marketing, and IT teams to streamline operations and resolve any issues related to e-commerce transactions and billing.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, billing accuracy, and customer feedback for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to e-commerce and billing practices.
